If you could actually put a monetary value on your life, what would it be? Could you actually put a figure to it?
(For those of you that have yet to subscribe to my Full Feed RSS, please do so. Also head to the Million Blog page to add your blog there for free so that you can get traffic back! )
Anyway, moving back to the subject at hand, could you really put a figure to yourself. Probably not. Well not a realistic one anyway. So why don’t we get a third party to do it for us. Heh.

HumanForSale is a website which is one part spoof and another part dead on. Answer a 5 part questionnaire and they give you a pretty realistic count on your net worth and why its the stipulated amount. For those of you that have yet to check out the site, you should. For the most part, I hate doing these stupid survery type sites myself, but some of the information on how the tabulate everything up is pure gold. Like for example, why gender and ethnicity play a part in your estimate and body hair too!
So I suggest that you guys check it out if you have the time!
Can anyone guess how much I am worth? *evil grins*

In this third video, the absolutely adorable Heidi Klum talks about her boobs. Brilliant to see a woman actually confident enough to play with them on camera!

Sneaking onto blog posts made by uninvolved third parties and making damaging allegations. Destroying personal credibility by selling MY product to third parties…except that they dont deliver the product. There is such a group of individuals out there, and this is how they work.
I have been selling training programs on eBay recently. I have had some extremely wonderful trainees. I had some that are truly gifted. I had some who made up for lack of talent by sheer determination.
The real news though is that here have been a select group of individuals which have been working together to smear my good name with unsubstantiated rumors as to my conduct etc. This was done to hurt my sales, as well as in retaliation to the action I took against them when I found out that they copied my content and used my sales material to scam innocent people out of a lot of money.
The unfortunate truth is that there is always a malcontent, a rotten apple, who wants to play spoilsport and even worse, profit by doing so.
This occured THREE times.
Plagiarism in itself is hurtful enough - but when you actually have people going eyeballs over arse and tits over toes to trying to profit from it - and not stop there, but attempt to damage your reputation as an extra "F*** you" to you, you have to draw the line.
This is MY listing. You can compare it with all the fake listings below. (I have removed the images to stop further infringements from occurring).
Anyway, nuff said. Down to the evidence…
Case 1:
An ex trainee of mine first got my material. He also received a substantial amount of the training course itself. Then he decided that he did not want in on the training. (He did not expect it to involve hard, honest work). While this was occurring, he put up a listing on eBay selling a different product.
The rub?
He used my sales page. Removed the images (but left the wording on the sales page as rote for the most part), then added some of his own images (those being big breasted women) and tried to pass it off as his own.
You can see the listing here.
I started receiving messages about this plagiarised from several eBay members.
Now, above and beyond the anger of having a student trying to pass of my work as his own, I detested my listings being associated with big breasted women! (Myself, being a purveyor and connoisseur of C-cup clad women..obviously! Heh.) In all seriousness though, it was galling to think that someone would have not a shred of decency and try to do something like that.
I messaged him about it and told him to take it down and he stalled by which time his listings had already ended.
To top things off, he then tried to get a refund via PayPal claiming that he had not received anything from me! Thus, I contacted eBay & PayPal to inform them of all that had happened. I forwarded all of my supporting documentation etc and proof of email correspondence to complaint-response@paypal.com as proof to back up my claim. I also contacted PayPal and spoke directly to Rahul (a wonder guy in the support department) about this issue and he advised me on what I needed to do).
The long of the short of it was that PayPal ruled in my favour.
Case 2:
I have no idea if this eBay user was even my student to start with. Perhaps he was, which implies that he not only infringed my sales page, but also my material. By the time I realised what was going on, he had made 2 sales of $2000 each.
The sales page that this member used was a complete rip off of mine, the only difference being that he changed the username to his own. Both sales were completed within 4 days of each other.
I contacted eBay Trust & Safety regarding this matter. Here is a screenshot of their reply.

They responded by removing said auctions. While the auction listings were removed, the transactions had already been completed.
I then tried contacting said members about the issue, but all they wanted was for me to hand over my material to them so that they could “compare”. Everybody seems out to make a quick buck.
You can see which eBay user this is here. He/She has only got two listings for feedback, and you can compare the screenshot of the message from eBay Trust & Safety with his feedback listing numbers.
Case 3:
Now, while I may not have proof of it, I do believe that these are not isolated incidents and that they are linked… i.e. there are a group of individuals out there that are actively conducting these illicit endeavours.
After all…once is bad luck, twice is chance… 3 strikes is….. you decide.
This time, it went even further as a whole FAKE WEBSITE was set up outside of eBay. I found out about this site because someone had actually purchased from them and not received anything from them at all. Then while browsing eBay, he thought that I was the same person as the fake site owner!
The domain was http://www.**ways2makecash**.net/ (I refuse to link to them, so please remove the ** signs if you would like to see the site)
Now, this site has now been taken offline (due to my efforts communicating with the hosting support) but you can still download a PDF’d version of what the site looked like so that you guys know what to look out for.
You can download it here.
Both the person that bought from this site (he asked that his name be kept private) as well as I are in close communication with each other as well as the authorities regarding this matter.
I have attached proof in the form of email correspondence with the aforementioned buyer.
While it was important to take the site down as quickly as possible, it is more important to ensure that there are no further repeat incidents. Thus, I provide the PayPal business ID that the site was associated with: Flex Holdings Grp. (You can also see this in the email which I have attached as a screenshot below) - Click on it to see the larger version.

I would suggest to everyone out there to be wary of such artists.
Case 4:
Now, these same individuals that have been wreaking havoc have also been trying to smear my credibility as an honest seller.
I believe that these same individuals are the ones that reported one of my listings, causing it to get removed. (They reported it as being in the wrong category as well as Item Location Misrepresentation – which is ridiculous if you think about it as it is training/service rendered – i.e. non tangible i.e. no physical location).
Now, I know that my listings were completely legitimate, and thus merely replied the email to the Trust & Safety department asking them about this issue. I took a screenshot of the email they replied me.

Thus, my listings are legitimate in every way possible.
Now, I suppose that I should take it as a compliment that there are that many people out there that want to plagiarise my work and infringe my copyrights.
These anonymous messages left by people are questioning not only my credibility, but also the reason I took down my listings.
Now, if you were me, wouldn’t you too?
Notes:
1. Trading via PayPal allows you a high degree of safety also as PayPal offer a 45 day refund as well as a chargeback policy. If you had any grievances, you could have simply messaged me or requested for a refund yourself. All my transactions are carried out via PayPal. I do NOT trade in Western Money Union or any other system which does not allow an intermediary. This is both for my safety, as well as the buyers.
2. I respond to all correspondence sent to my business email ID. Please do not expect a response on any other channel of communication, and feel free to send me an email on the business email ID if you have used some other such channel.
